1. Apply the Silk Scrub to dry skin using firm circular motions - the silk proteins begin their polishing work immediately.
2. Begin with a warm shower. Simply let the steam open your pores and soften your skin for 5 minutes. This is your body preparing to receive.
3. On still-damp skin, apply the Body Oil first — press into skin with your full palm. Do not rub; press and release, press and release, moving upward from the feet. The oil is your base note.
4. While oil absorbs, take the Shea Butter and apply only to the driest zones — shins, upper arms, elbows — building richness exactly where needed.
5. Apply your Body Lotion in broad strokes over the oil, then 10 minutes later.
