LA SULTANE DE SABA “MY SULTANE RITUAL” INSTAGRAM CONTEST 2026

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

CONTEST PERIOD

The La Sultane de Saba “My Sultane Ritual” Contest (the “Contest”) begins at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on February 18, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on March 15, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

La Sultane de Saba’s computer will serve as the official time-keeping device for this Contest.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter:

Post an original Instagram Reel or Photo featuring La Sultane de Saba products.
Tag @lasultanedesabausa in the Reel or Photo.
Use the hashtag #MySultaneRitual.
Ensure your Instagram profile is PUBLIC during the Contest Period.

Only Instagram Reels or Photos qualify.

Stories, static images, reposts, or other formats will not be accepted.

Multiple entries are permitted; however, only one (1) prize may be awarded per person.

Entries must:

• Be original content created by the Entrant

• Not contain stolen, copied, AI-scraped, or unauthorized third-party content

• Not infringe on any copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

• Not contain offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate material

• Not depict individuals who have not granted permission

Any entry found to contain copied, stolen, or misappropriated content will be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry.

Employees of La Sultane de Saba USA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.

Void where prohibited.

FINALIST SELECTION

After March 15, 2026, La Sultane de Saba will review all eligible entries and select three (3) finalists based on:

Creative use of La Sultane de Saba products
Content quality and visual presentation
Brand alignment and overall appeal

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.

PUBLIC VOTING

The three finalists will be announced on La Sultane de Saba’s official Instagram account.

Voting will take place via a 24-hour Instagram Story poll.

The finalist receiving the highest number of valid votes during the voting period will be declared the Potential Winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify votes generated by bots, fake accounts, automated systems, vote-buying services, or suspicious activity.

WINNER NOTIFICATION

The Potential Winner will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message within approximately 3 days after voting concludes.

The Potential Winner must respond within 24 hours to claim the prize.

Failure to respond within 24 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

An Entrant is not considered a Winner until eligibility verification is complete.

PRIZE

One (1) Winner will receive:

La Sultane de Saba Advent Calendar

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $299

Prize is:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• No substitutions allowed

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.

USER CONTENT LICENSE

By entering, Entrant grants La Sultane de Saba a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to:

• Use

• Repost

• Share

• Edit

• Adapt

• Distribute

the submitted content for marketing, advertising, website, email, and social media purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

Entrant represents that they own the content and have the full right to grant this license.

By entering this Contest and submitting an Entry, each Entrant irrevocably grants La Sultane de Saba USA a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, repost, publish, display, distribute, edit, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise exploit the submitted content, in whole or in part, in any format or media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to social media, website, email marketing, paid advertising, print materials, digital campaigns, and promotional communications, without further compensation, notice, or approval.

By participating, Entrant acknowledges and agrees that submission of content constitutes full permission for La Sultane de Saba USA to use the content for commercial and marketing purposes at its sole discretion.

RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants release and hold harmless:

La Sultane de Saba USA, Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”)

from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Participation in the Contest

• Acceptance or use of the Prize

• Breach of these Official Rules

Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries

• Technical failures

• Instagram outages

• Unauthorized voting manipulation

• Any injury or damage related to participation

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical issues, or other factors impair integrity.

JURY TRIAL WAIVER

By entering, Entrant waives any right to trial by jury in connection with this Contest.

GOVERNING LAW

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

All disputes shall be resolved individually (no class action) by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

NO ASSOCIATION

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

WINNER LIST

The Winner’s name will be announced on La Sultane de Saba’s Instagram account.
