OFFICIAL RULES – LA SULTANE DE SABA “MY SULTANE SUMMER” TOTE BAG CONTEST

HOW TO ENTER:

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this La Sultane de Saba “My Sultane Summer” Tote Bag Contest 2025 (the “Contest”). Any purchase or payment will not increase your chance of winning.

The Contest begins at 12:00 pm EST on 07/30/2025 and ends at 11:59 pm EST on 08/15/2025 (the “Contest Period”).

To enter, you must:

Post a photo on your Instagram feed (Stories will not be accepted) featuring the La Sultane de Saba summer tote bag
Tag @lasultanedesabausa in your post
Ensure your account is set to public so your entry can be verified

You may submit multiple entries, but may only win one prize. Online entry via Instagram is the only method of entry.

By entering, you agree to Instagram’s terms of use, privacy policies, and community guidelines as well as La Sultane de Saba’s terms of use. Entries that are incomplete, false, deceptive, or in violation of third‑party rights are void. Posts must not depict individuals without their consent and must not contain inappropriate or unlawful content.

ELIGIBILITY:

Entrants must be at least the age of majority in their state of residence as of July 30, 2025. Employees of La Sultane de Saba, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

SELECTING THE WINNERS & NOTIFICATION:

At the end of the Contest Period, La Sultane de Saba will select 3 winners:

1 Winner chosen for the Best Photo (based on creativity, quality, and overall appeal)
2 Winners selected at random from all eligible entries

Winners will be announced on Instagram and notified via direct message (“DM”) around 08/20/2025.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners must respond within 24 hours of notification or another winner will be chosen.

An entrant is not considered a winner until their eligibility is verified and they have received confirmation from La Sultane de Saba.

PRIZES AND TAXES:

Each Winner will receive a prize (the “Prize”) consisting of $259 worth of La Sultane de Saba products. Prizes are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Upon request, winners must provide any information required for La Sultane de Saba to comply with tax laws (e.g. W‑9 form).

RELEASE AND INDEMNITY:

By participating, Entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless La Sultane de Saba, Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of participation or acceptance of the Prize. La Sultane de Saba is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for technical issues.

USER CONTENT LICENSE:

By entering, Entrants grant La Sultane de Saba a royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, non‑exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and share their submitted photos across all marketing channels, including but not limited to social media, website, email, and digital advertising. Entrants warrant they hold the rights to their photo(s).

APPLICABLE LAW & JURISDICTION:

This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved individually through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association.

NO ASSOCIATION:

This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

WINNER LIST:

Winners will be announced on La Sultane de Saba’s Instagram and in its newsletter. For 30 days after the Contest Period, you may request the winner list by emailing contact@lasultanedesabausa.com with the subject line: “La Sultane de Saba Summer Tote Contest WINNERS.”
