OFFICIAL RULES – LA SULTANE DE SABA “THE SULTANE RITUAL” INSTAGRAM CONTEST 2026
HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this La Sultane de Saba “The Sultane Ritual” Contest 2026 (the “Contest”). A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM EST on February 16, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM EST on February 29, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

Entries must remain public and accessible until the winner is announced.
Only posts published during the Contest Period will qualify. Stories alone will not qualify.
Online Instagram entry is the only method of entry.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at time of entry.
Employees of La Sultane de Saba USA, its affiliates, agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.
FINALIST SELECTION:
After the Contest Period ends, La Sultane de Saba will review all eligible entries and select three (3) finalists based on:

Creative use of La Sultane de Saba products

Aesthetic quality
-
Overall brand alignment
La Sultane de Saba’s decision is final.
WINNER SELECTION:
The three finalists will be featured on La Sultane de Saba’s Instagram page.
The final winner will be determined by a public vote conducted via Instagram Story poll.
The finalist receiving the highest number of valid votes will be declared the winner.
In case of suspected fraudulent voting, La Sultane de Saba reserves the right to disqualify entries and determine a winner at its sole discretion.
Winner will be notified via direct message and must respond within 24 hours.
PRIZE:
One (1) Solid Gold Necklace with Lab Diamond
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000
Prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
Winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes and may be required to submit a W-9.
USER CONTENT LICENSE:
By entering, Entrants grant La Sultane de Saba a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, use, modify, and distribute submitted content for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Entrants represent that they own all rights to submitted content.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
La Sultane de Saba is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or technical failures related to entries or voting.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest if necessary.
GOVERNING LAW:
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
All disputes shall be resolved individually by binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.
NO ASSOCIATION:
This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
