1. Sponsor
Wasobe Inc., 800 SE 4th Avenue, Suite 103, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, operating the website lasultanedesabausa.com (the “Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on Monday, June 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside the Entry Period are void.
4. How to Enter
Enter by either of the following methods during the Entry Period:
(a) Purchase Entry. Place an order on lasultanedesabausa.com during the Entry Period. Each completed order receives one (1) entry. Multiple orders during the Entry Period receive multiple entries (one entry per order).
(b) Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary / AMOE). Send an email to contact@lasultanedesabausa.com during the Entry Period with the subject line “ADVENT CALENDAR SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY” and include in the body of the email: your full name, complete mailing address, email address, and date of birth. Each individual is limited to one (1) free entry. Entries submitted by automated means, scripts, or any means other than as described in these Rules are void. Free entries have an equal chance of winning as purchase entries.
5. Winner Selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about Tuesday, June 2, 2026 from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor using a verifiable random method (random.org or equivalent).
6. Prize
One (1) La Sultane de Saba Advent Calendar. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $299 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted, redeemed for cash, or exchanged, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
8. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the drawing. The winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the specified time, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s use of their name, city, and state for promotional and announcement purposes without further notice, compensation, or consideration, except where prohibited by law.
11. Release of Liability
By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at lasultanedesabausa.com/policies/privacy-policy.
13. Disputes & Governing Law
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
14. Winner List
For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Wasobe Inc., 800 SE 4th Avenue, Suite 103, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, marked “Advent Calendar Sweepstakes Winner Request,” within sixty (60) days after the drawing date.
15. General
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Apple, Google, or any other platform.
